How to set up your business profile and loyalty card design

Setting up your profile in Fenlora is quick and user-friendly. The interface is intuitive, and you’ll see help icons (?) next to most buttons to explain what each setting does. If your visuals are ready, you can usually complete the full setup in about 20 minutes.

Your business profile setup includes these steps:

  • Card design
  • Info fields (information shown on the back of the card)
  • Locations (adding branches)
  • Promotions (launching your first campaigns)
  • Membership form (what guests fill in when installing the card)
  • Distribution (QR code / link, and tracking sources)
  • Settings (general and security settings)
