How to enable notifications on iOS (Apple Wallet) and Android (Fenlora)

Notifications allow you to receive important updates about bonuses, discounts, gifts, and loyalty program changes. Below you will find step-by-step instructions on how to enable notifications for Apple Wallet on iPhone and Fenlora Wallet on Android.

Step 1. Enable Wallet notifications in iPhone Settings

1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
2. Go to Notifications.
3. Find and select Wallet.

Make sure that all notification permissions are enabled:

• Allow Notifications
• Lock Screen
• Notification Center
• Banners
• Time-Sensitive Notifications

All options should be turned on.

Step 2. Open Wallet notification settings

Scroll down on the same screen and tap Wallet Notification Settings.
The Apple Wallet app will open automatically.

If you accidentally close this screen, you can also open the Apple Wallet app manually.

1. Open Apple Wallet.
2. Find your loyalty card.
3. Tap the three dots (⋯) in the top-right corner.
4. Open Pass Details or Notifications

Make sure the following options are enabled:

• Allow Notifications
• Automatic Updates

Once enabled, you will receive all important notifications about discounts, bonuses, and special offers.

Don’t worry — the latest message is always available on the back side of the card.

1. Open Apple Wallet.
2. Select the card.
3. Tap the three dots (⋯) to view the back side of the card.

💡 Note: Fenlora sends only useful messages — promotions, gifts, and bonuses. No spam.

Step 1. Enable notifications in Android system settings

1. Open Settings on your Android device.
2. Go to Notifications.
3. Find and select Fenlora.

Make sure all permissions are enabled:

• Show notifications
• Cards notifications
• App icon badges

Step 2. Open the Fenlora app

You can open the app in one of the following ways:

• Tap the Fenlora icon, or
• Tap the Open button at the bottom of the app settings screen.

1. Open Fenlora Wallet.
2. Select the loyalty card.
3. Tap the “i” (info) icon in the top-right corner to open the back side of the card.

Make sure the following options are enabled:

• Notifications tolerance

Once enabled, notifications will be delivered directly to your device.
