How to Create an Audience in CRM

Creating an audience in Fenlora is very easy — it takes just one button.
However, before saving an audience, it’s important to clearly understand why you need it.

Step 1. Define your goal

First, decide what you want to achieve with this audience. For example:

  • identify VIP customers and send them a gift,
  • find customers who stopped visiting your venue and send them a return bonus.
In this example, let’s choose the goal “Bring back inactive customers.”

Step 2. Build an audience using filters

  1. Go to CRM.
  2. Use filters to collect the required audience.
  3. Set the filter Days since last purchase > 90 days (see screenshot).
This will select customers whose last purchase was more than 90 days ago.
These customers belong to the churn segment (Inactive Customers).

Step 3. Save the audience

  1. Click Save audience.
  2. Enter an audience name, for example: Inactive (90+ days).
  3. Confirm saving.
After saving the audience, you will see it immediately in the interface.

What’s next?

Now you can use the saved audience to launch promotions.
When setting up a promotion:

  • open the Audience field,
  • select your saved audience Inactive (90+ days).
This allows you to easily send targeted bonuses, push notifications, or special offers to customers who haven’t visited your business for a long time.
