How to Deposit or Withdraw Points for a Specific Customer
In Fenlora, you can manually deposit or withdraw points for an individual customer directly from the CRM. This is useful for customer support cases, compensation, or special one-time rewards.
Step 1. Find the customer in CRM
First, locate the customer in the CRM.
You can find a customer by:
Card number (recommended)
Phone number
Username

Step 2. Open card actions
In the Card number column, find the customer’s card number (for example, 209497).
Next to the card number, click the three dots (⋯).
This will open the list of available actions for this loyalty card. Select Changing the balance.
How to deposit points?
Click Changing the balance
Select Deposit points
Enter the number of points you want to add (for example, 100)
Click Confirm
What happens next?
The customer immediately receives a push notification on their phone about the balance change
The loyalty card balance is updated instantly
The customer will see +100 points on their card
How to withdraw points
To withdraw points, follow the same steps:
Click Changing the balance
Select Withdraw points
Enter the number of points to withdraw (for example, 100)
Click Confirm
What happens next?
The customer receives a push notification about the balance change
The loyalty card balance is reduced accordingly
For example, if the customer had 100 points, the balance will become 0 points

Depositing and withdrawing points is a powerful manual tool. Anyone with access to your Fenlora account can:
Change customer balances
Manipulate points and stamps
Potentially receive products for free
Access responsibility
Account access should be limited to you or your trusted marketer
Do not share access with staff who do not need it
All balance changes are your responsibility as the account owner
