How to update your card

Keeping your loyalty card up to date ensures that your balance, stamps, bonuses, and offers are always displayed correctly.

Fenlora cards support automatic updates, but you can also refresh the card manually at any time. The update process is the same for iPhone and Android devices.

Open the wallet app where your loyalty card is stored:

• iPhone: Apple Wallet
• Android: Fenlora Wallet

Locate the loyalty card you want to update and open it.

To access the card settings, open the back side of the card:

• On iPhone, tap the info icon (ⓘ) in the top corner of the card.
• On Android, tap the card details or settings area.

This screen contains update and notification settings for the card.

Make sure the Automatic Updates option is enabled.
When this setting is turned on, the card will update automatically whenever:

• your balance changes,
• stamps are added,
• bonuses are credited,
• or a new message or offer is sent by the business.

Automatic updates are recommended to ensure you always see the latest information.

If the card does not update automatically or you want to refresh it manually:

1. Open the loyalty card.
2. Press and hold the card.
3. Pull down on the screen.

A refresh icon will appear, and the card will update immediately.

Manual update can be helpful if:

• the internet connection was temporarily unavailable,
• changes were made very recently,
• or the card has not refreshed yet.
