How to delete a card

If you no longer need a loyalty card, you can remove it at any time.

The card deletion process is slightly different for iPhone (Apple Wallet) and Android (Fenlora Wallet). Below you will find detailed instructions for each device.

You can delete the card from the back side of the card:

1. Open the card.
2. Go to the back side (via the info icon).
3. Scroll down and tap Remove Pass.

There are two ways to delete a card in Fenlora Wallet.

Option 1. Delete directly from the main screen

1. Open Fenlora Wallet.
2. Find the card you want to remove.
3. Tap Remove Pass on the main screen.

The card will be deleted immediately.

Option 2. Delete from card details

1. Open Fenlora Wallet and select the card.
2. Go to the back side of the card by tapping Pass Details.
3. Tap Delete a card and confirm the action.
