Adding a loyalty card to Apple Wallet is simple and fast. Apple Wallet is a built-in digital wallet available on all iPhone devices, and loyalty cards created through the system can be saved there instantly.
Why It Matters
When a customer saves your card to Apple Wallet, the connection with your brand becomes stronger:
the card is always with them,
it’s easy to show at the checkout,
push notifications (promotions, bonuses, reminders) appear directly on the lock screen.
How You Can Share the Card
There are two ways to distribute your card:
1. QR Code (ideal for offline locations) Place the QR code at the checkout, on tables, posters, menus, or printed materials.
2. Direct Link (ideal for digital channels) Share the link on social media, your website, email newsletters, WhatsApp, SMS, etc.
How It Looks for the Customer
Step 1: The customer scans the QR code at the checkout or clicks the link.
Step 2: They fill out the registration form and tap Submit.
Step 3: Their loyalty card appears on the screen. To save it, they tap Add in the top-right corner.
Step 4: A confirmation screen appears — and the card is now added to Apple Wallet.
Congratulations! Your loyalty card is now in the customer’s Wallet and ready to use.
