Dashboard and Key Performance Indicators

The dashboard is your main control center where all key performance indicators (KPIs) for your business are visualized.

Here, you can:
  • view loyalty, sales, and audience analytics
  • rearrange widgets to match your workflow
  • customize the panel based on your business needs
When you first sign up, the dashboard will look empty. As your customers start using their loyalty cards, the widgets will automatically fill with real data.

How to Use the Dashboard

1. Side menu
Click the hamburger icon to open or collapse the left menu.

2. Branch selection
Click All stores to open the dropdown and choose a specific branch of your restaurant chain. The dashboard will then display data only for that location.
3. Adding widgets
Click Add to open the widget library. You can browse available reports and add any widget to your dashboard.

4. Date filter
Select the date range you want to analyze:
Today, Yesterday, Week, Month, Year, or a custom range.

You can also choose the level of detail:

5. Personalizing the dashboard

This helps you build a personalized analytics view for your business.
