A Yellow Price promotion allows you to:

  • Select specific products
  • Assign a special price to each of them
  • Run the promotion for a defined period
  • Exclude these products from other loyalty mechanics if needed
  • Customers clearly see that these items are part of a special offer, which increases attention and purchase intent.

Step-by-Step: Creating a Yellow Price Promotion

  1. Go to Promotions → Promotion creating.
  2. Enter a promotion name, for example: Yellow price.
  3. Select the card template that customers use (digital loyalty card).
  4. Choose the distribution method or leave it unchanged if not required.
  5. In the Loyalty program field, select Bonuses.
  6. In Promotion type, choose Yellow price.
  7. Select the target audience (for example: All clients).
  8. Set the promotion period (for example: Dec 1 – Dec 31).
  9. Click Continue.

Select Products for the Yellow Price

On the Promotion terms tab:

  1. Click Add items.
  2. Search for products in your catalog.
  3. Select the products that will participate in the Yellow Tag promotion.
  4. Click Add.
Only the selected products will be included in the campaign.

Set a Yellow Price for Each Product

After adding products:
  1. Enter a Yellow price for each product individually.
  2. Make sure the price is lower than the regular price to create a clear value for the customer.
  3. Review all prices carefully.
Each product can have its own special price.

Save and Start the Promotion
  1. Click Save.
  2. You will see a confirmation screen that the promotion has been saved.
  3. Click Start promotion to activate it.

Managing the Yellow Price Promotion

Go to Active promotions to:
  • View the promotion details
  • Pause the promotion
  • Copy it to create a similar campaign
  • Archive it when it ends
All actions are available via the three-dot menu.
