The 1+1 promotion is one of the simplest and most powerful ways to boost sales, increase average check size, and motivate customers to return more often. In Fenlora, setting up this promotion takes only a few minutes — and once launched, it works automatically at the POS.

This guide shows how to create a Buy One — Get One Free campaign step by step.

What is the 1+1 promotion?

The 1+1 promotion rewards customers with a free product when they purchase another product.
In the Fenlora panel, this works through a simple rule:

👉 If you set the discount to 100%, it means the second item will be given for free.

This makes the 1+1 mechanic extremely flexible — it can apply to:
  • All products
  • A selected category
  • A specific item

Step-by-Step Setup Guide

  1. Go to Promotions → Promotion creating
  2. Enter the promotion name (for example: 1+1 Offer)
  3. Select the loyalty card template the promotion will be linked to
  4. Choose the distribution method, or select Do not take into account the methods of distribution
  5. Under Loyalty program, choose Bonuses
  6. Under Promotion type, select 1+1
  7. Set the audience — for example: All clients
  8. Choose the promotion period — for example: Indefinitely
  9. Click Continue

Configure the promotion terms

  1. Set the promotion hours: Always, or Specify manually if the offer should work only at certain times
  2. Select the items included in the promotion — for example: All catalog
  3. Under Amount of products, enter 1 (the number of products the customer must buy)
  4. Under Auxiliary amount, enter 1 (the number of products rewarded)
  5. Set the discount percentage to 100%
  6. 👉 This means the second item will be given for free.
  7. Click Save
A confirmation window will appear.
Click Start a promotion to activate it.

Managing the promotion

After launching, go to Active promotions to see all current campaigns.

From the three-dot menu, you can:
  • View
  • Pause
  • Copy
  • Archive
The promotion runs automatically at the POS once activated.
